Random Biseinen

Well, I just drew this in probably less than ten minutes, but it felt rather refreshing. At first, I was going to do some Gakupo fanart (been overdosing on him lately), but decided just to make it some random guy. His head's kinda big (or his body's too small), but that wasn't too much of a concern for me.

What I was really doing was trying to get comfortable drawing on my tablet, so we can chalk this up to practice. I've learned that I apparently work better with more, um..."uncertain" media, I guess (for lack of a better word that comes to mind at the moment). If I try to draw something with the airbrush, paintbrush, pen, or line tool, it comes out all wobbly, but when I used the pastel tool, it came out much better. I'm the kind of person that draws by making a bunch of short little light lines, then going back over them to darken and define them once I've got the basic shape down.

I SO need to practice male anatomy more... TT__TT

Oh, yeah, and the tat on his arm is actually my signature and the date I did this...which, coincidentally, is my cousin's birthday. Happy b-day, Chickamadoo! (Not that she'll likely ever see this... )
